Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), developed by the Gracie family and made famous in events like The Ultimate Fighting Championship, is one of the most respected and effective martial arts in the world today. Its real-world effectiveness has led to its acceptance and implementation by all branches of the US Military, local and national law enforcement, Air Marshals and military forces from around the world.Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is not based on strength or athleticism; its effectiveness comes from the use of an opponent’s strength, force and aggression against themselves. The student learns how to use leverage and body positioning to defend themselves in virtually any close quarters attack or assault. Since most real-world confrontations end up on the ground, BJJ concentrates on grappling positions including the “Guard”, “Mount” and “Side Control”. These positions allow the student to apply a variety of strikes, chokes, joint locks, pins and escapes with the most effective leverage-based techniques possible.Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu was originally developed, time tested and proven, on the streets of Rio De Janeiro, Brazil and in fighting rings around the world to be the most functional approach to self-defense and combat against a much larger and stronger opponent. Alex Perez Has been training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for over ten years and recieved his black belt from Dave Camarillo in June of 2010. He teaches his class to the pace of his students never leaving anyone behind, while keeping the class exciting and challenging, giving each student a rewarding experience everytime they come to class.

Guerilla Jiu Jitsu is Dave Camarillo's style of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu is a groundbreaking system of grappling that integrates the Olympic sport of judo with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, today's most sought after grappling art. These are the techniques and strategies that allowed Camarillo to devastate the competition at some of the world's most prestigious judo and jiu-jitsu tournaments and have led his students to more than a dozen victories in the Ultimate Fighting Championship. Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu offers a leg up on virtually every opponent who refuses to stray from the parameters of his discipline.

Come take Brazilian Jiu-jitsu class with Alex Perez as he teaches you the famous Guerrilla Jiu-jitsu style six days a week. You'll become more energetic lose body fat and learn self-defense all while becoming more confident in yourself and your abilities.Guerrilla Jiu-jitsu is offered Monday to Saturday.
Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin music and easy-to-follow dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training, alternating fast and slow rhythms and resistance training. Zumba's fans say it's so popular because Zumba is a fun way to work out.Some research indicates that dance-type aerobic workouts like Zumba can improve cardiopulmonary endurance when done at moderate intensity and duration. The bottom line is if you enjoy Zumba, you're more likely to stick with it — and more likely to enjoy the benefits of aerobic exercise.Come try Zumba on Fridays at 7:30pm and Saturday's at 11am.
Judo is many things to different people. It is a fun sport, an art, a discipline, a recreational or social activity, a fitness program, a means of self-defense or combat, and a way of life. It is all of these and more.Come try Judo on Tuesday's and Thursday's from 7:30pm to 9:00pm
Many people think that yoga is just stretching. But while stretching is certainly involved, yoga is really about creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility. This is done through the performance of poses or postures, each of which has specific physical benefits.Come take Yoga on Thursday's from 10am to 11am

Kids

Kids will learn basic jiu-jitsu movements along with overall body awareness. This class will emphasize the basic development of the child’s physical, emotional and mental well-being through the integration of physical education, self-defense and general martial arts concepts. The main emphasis of the program will be self-defense and skill-oriented activities improving the child’s listening skills, coordination, motor skills, flexibility and agility while teaching them to become aware of the world around them. The student will also have an understanding of Jiu-Jitsu / self defense principles. Students will be exposed to the foundation of jiu-jitsu and the key fundamentals needed to defend themselves in a variety of negative situations (bully, peer confrontation, abduction, etc). Non-violent resolution is encouraged. Students will learn basic jiu-jitsu movements along with overall body awareness. An emphasis will be placed on helping students build the attributes beneficial to overall well being: fitness, confidence, discipline, respect, courage, character, focus, teamwork, responsibility and leadership.
